The plan included a comprehensive risk assessment, the establishment of an operational structure for emergency response, the identification of vulnerable areas and the preparation of an inventory of available resources, together with mechanisms for its periodic update.<\/p><p data-start=\"646\" data-end=\"791\">The project also defined procedures for public warning systems and ensured alignment with regional and municipal emergency management frameworks.<\/p><p data-start=\"793\" data-end=\"1240\">This experience is aligned with the objectives of <strong>Flood Risk Management Plans and other flood risk management initiatives<\/strong>. The expertise gained in risk assessment, resource inventories and public warning systems contributes to strengthening emergency preparedness and intervention strategies.
