This process is carried out through the application of a Failure Modes Identification Workshop, based on a thorough documentary review and a field visit, enabling the preparation of a detailed dam and infrastructure safety report with recommendations for risk management. This work is undertaken as part of the activities aimed at enhancing the resilience of the project, as well as contributing to the sustainability of operations and to strengthening ICE\u2019s technical capacity in this area, in accordance with the applicable safeguard framework of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and more specifically in compliance with Disaster Risk Management Policy OP-704 and the Environmental and Social Policy Framework (2021).
