This edition was held in <strong>Bhubaneswar<\/strong>, Odisha, on <strong>13-14 February 2019<\/strong>. The final bulletin can be found at this <a href=\"https:\/\/damsafety.in\/idsc2019\/Brochure\/IDSC%20Bulletin_26.11.18.pdf\">link<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ignacio Escuder<\/strong>, founding partner of iPresas, participated as invited speaker during the <strong>plenary session<\/strong> with title \u201cEMERGING CHALLENGES IN DAM SAFETY MANAGEMENT\u201d.
