This program is part of the National Youth Guarantee System of the Ministry of Sustainable Economy, Productive Sectors, Trade and Labor (Conselleria de Econom\u00eda Sostenible, Sectores Productivos, Comercio y Trabajo).<\/p>\n<p>The comprehensive <strong>training and employment plan for qualified young people<\/strong> is part of a strategy of the Consell of the Generalitat Valenciana (Regional Government in Spain), with the aim of improving the employability of young people.
