The seminar was opened by Ms. Liana Ardiles L\u00f3pez, Director General of Water at the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment, and Dr. Jos\u00e9 Polim\u00f3n L\u00f3pez, President of SPANCOLD.<\/p>\n<p>The course will be divided into <strong>three\u00a0sessions<\/strong>(September 17, September 24 and October 1).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration<\/strong>is already available in this\u00a0<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.spancold.es\/riesgos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>link<\/em><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>(max.\u00a0<em>25 participants<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p>All participants will receive a copy of the Technical Guide.
