It featured more than 70 educational conference sessions in eight different tracks, hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of hydro professionals from around the world. With 3,000 attendees from 56 different countries, the event included seminars, workshops and briefings, technical tours, networking events and other events that took place in Nashville’s Music City Center.<\/p>\n

Ignacio Escuder<\/strong>, founding partner of iPresas, acted as invited speaker in a panel session entitled\u00a0\u201cRisk Assessment: What in this world are we doing?\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This session, chaired by David Bowling (Tennessee Valley Authority), included the following\u00a0panelists<\/strong>: Daniel Osmun (U.S. Bureau of Reclamation), David Capka (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission), George Kelley (Tennessee Valley Authority) and Nathan Snorteland (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers).<\/p>\n

Panelists discussed the global practices for risk analysis in the hydroelectric industry.<\/p>\n
