The English version of the new Spanish Technical Guide on Operation of Dams and Reservoirs, “RISK ANALYSIS APPLIED TO MANAGEMENT OF DAM SAFETY“, is currently available in PDF format through the Publications section on this website.

This technical guide has been edited by the Spanish National Committee on Large Dams (SPANCOLD) and the Professional Association of Civil Engineers and it will be presented in Madrid on December 11^th, 2012.
