The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation awards iPresas a grant for the technological development of digital tools in the cloud.

The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation has awarded iPresas a grant from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) “A way of making Europe” for the technological development based on artificial intelligence and other digital enabling technologies, within the framework of the strategic action of economy and digital society of the state program of R+D+i oriented to societal challenges and the state program of business leadership in R+D+i.

The Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, through the Secretary of State for Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence of Red.es, has awarded iPresas a grant for the development of a cloud-based tool for infrastructure risk management. The objective of this line of aid is to promote, in a sustainable way, the digital transformation of the economy, society, public services and territories of our country. In this way, it seeks to promote and develop economic growth and job creation through ICTs.

The main objective of this project is to develop a technology to generate the prototype of a new cloud product validated in real operating environments (iPresas-Platform), providing technical improvements to the first version to exploit its full potential more easily by the iPresas team and provide greater value to the end customer.

Taking advantage of this conversion process, which includes a migration to a web tool based on microservices and a conversion from the currently implemented architecture to a decentralized cloud architecture, the aim is to develop a series of functionalities that will add value in annualized monitoring modules of risk due to climate change and the generation of reports and graphs. All these actions are aimed at functionally improving the technology and increasing its maturity in terms of security and stability.
