A Technical Seminar on “Governance and prioritization of hydraulic infrastructure investments” will be conducted in Madrid (Spain) on December 11, 2012.

During this seminar, the new Technical Guide on Operation of Dams and Reservoirs, entitled “Risk Analysis applied to Management of Dam Safety”, will be presented.

This seminar, organized by SPANCOLD (Spanish National Committee on Large Dams), will take place at the Assembly Hall of the Spanish Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment.
