iPresas participates in the 87th Annual Meeting of ICOLD, held in Ottawa (Canada)

The 87^th Annual Meeting of ICOLD took place in Ottawa, the capital of Canada, from June 9^th to 14^th.

iPresas has participated in the 87th Annual Meeting of ICOLD (International Commission on Large Dams), held from June 9^th to 14^th in the city of Ottawa, the capital of Canada.

Firstly, Ignacio Escuder, founding partner of iPresas, gave a presentation under the title of “Dam portfolio risk management: What we learned from analyzing seven dams owned by the Regional Government of Extremadura (Spain)”, as part of the International Symposium scheduled on June 12^th and 13^th.

Later on the same session, Adrián Morales, CTO at iPresas, presented his contribution entitled “Incorporation of a time-dependent risk analysis approach to dam safety management”.

The Annual Meeting of ICOLD, which congregates more than 1000 individuals, allowed the knowledge exchange and technical talks between the different dam safety professionals coming from all over the world.
